Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Our carbon fiber parts are all hand-made products, and therefore no two item will be identical. Small variations or imperfections such as weave patterns, small bubbles might occur. Please contact us with detailed pictures of the product to demonstrate the defects before returning. DO NOT RETURN PRODUCT WITHOUT OUR APPROVAL.
We pack our items with great attention to avoid any shipping damages. However, shipping damages to our products might still occur. Please inspect the packaging and the products carefully before signing for the product. If there should be any damages on the packaging/products, sign and accept the shipment and notate any damages on the receipt at the driver’s presence. Do not refuse the shipment, and please only return the products AFTER contacting our office.
All returned items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Installation and Fitment
- All products are required to be fitted by professional.
- Hood pins are strongly recommended for safety reasons.
- Heat shields are strongly recommended on carbon fiber hoods to help prevent pre-mature aging.
- Reinstalling hood/truck gas hood structs/shocks is not recommended.
- All our carbon fiber products are hand-made, and thus no two items will be the same. Minor adjustments might be needed for installation.
- Carbon fiber products are not flexible, and may not withstand heavy weight, do not force into fitment.
